Business and is licensed by the Secretaries of State to do business in New York; Connecticut ;Florida and most recently Pennsylvania, where we closed on two shopping centers.
All real estate operations are centered on the Yardi Financial Management System,
a comprehensive package able to perform any real estate financial reporting requirement.
Argus Systems is utilized for property analysis, long term cash flows, etc.
All rent receivables are received by bank lock-box, which is reported daily by either e-mail, internet or fax, thereby enabling immediate credit to each respective property.
Hall maintains office staff/operations, headquartered in Great Neck, with
branch office in Darien, CT. In Tallahassee, there is a Hall office with
both administrative and maintenance personnel (staff of 13). Constant
communications are available with computer-tie in from Great Neck.
Staff is also located in Pittsburgh to oversee the shopping centers.
